I've spent my career at the intersection of product strategy and hands-on building. During the day I lead a product team navigating the fast-moving world of quick-commerce at scale. In the evenings I scratch the builder itch — shipping real apps to real users.
I believe the best PMs understand what it takes to build, not just what to build. I'm equally comfortable writing a strategy deck, debugging a Swift build, or arguing about RICE scores.
